My First Catering Gig

I have been making celebration cakes, cookies and sweets for friends, family and co-workers for the last 10 years or so, and recently I have been even making a modest amount of money for the pleasure.

This weekend I will be making my first foray into professional Catering at the Jayzee club in Shanghai. I am most definitely looking forward to feeding 120+ people and to showcasing my sweets.
